Property Scout is Quibble’s advanced forecasting tool designed to help property managers evaluate the revenue potential of new or prospective properties for short-term rental.
Property Scout leverages the full Quibble pricing engine to produce detailed, data-driven rent projections. This gives property managers a significant advantage when:
- Scouting new listings or markets
- Supporting owner investment decisions
- Preparing revenue expectations and onboarding proposals
- Differentiating your services with smart, reliable data
To access Property Scout
- To access this feature, from the dashboard, click the left-hand bar menu.
2. Click the “Business Tools” dropdown and select Property Scout.
3. On the search box, enter the address of the property you would like to be evaluated.
4. Select the address from the lookup.
5. Provide the details of your property. Once done click the Analyze button.
- Upload Image or Image Score (helps the model determine quality)
- Estimated Price per Night (helps the model select comps)
- Number of Bedrooms, Bathrooms and Beds
- Select amenities available
6. This shows you the top 10 properties within the same area with similar amenities as your property. From here you will be able to see the property details as well as the key metrics – price per night, min stays and ratings.
Property Scout runs a simulated version of Quibble’s dynamic pricing model using your inputs (such as location, property type, and seasonality) to generate an accurate expected monthly and annual revenue forecast.
7. At the bottom of the page, you have a 1-year Projection graph showing the estimated figures for the property for the next year. This should help you make crucial decisions for this listing.
