Booking Feed: every reservation as it lands
The feed is the booking-level view: one row per reservation, filtered any way you need, with two companion tabs that read the same bookings for trouble — stays that booked cheap, and listings that are not booking at all.
Open Booking Feed under Performance. The metric cards up top carry booking revenue pick-up over 30 days, and the 365-day average booking value, daily rate, length of stay, and cancellation rate.
On the Feed tab, narrow the list by booked, check-in, or check-out date range, by channel, and by markets, groups, or properties; search finds a listing by name. Each row shows the stay, its status, and its rent.
Download exports every page of the filtered feed as a spreadsheet, not just the page on screen.
ADR Alerts compares each upcoming or in-progress stay to the listing’s median ADR for that check-in month and lists the ones that booked below it. Sensitive, Balanced, and Critical only set the threshold.
Activity rolls up upcoming bookings per listing over the next 120 days, fewest first, with how much of that window is unavailable for new bookings — the quickest way to spot a listing going quiet.
With fewer than five historical stays in a month, the ADR baseline falls back to the listing’s all-time median, so a new listing’s alerts are softer than an established one’s.
