Quibble is the revenue platform that goes past dynamic pricing to truly optimize what every short-term rental night is worth.
Quibble is a revenue management platform for short-term and vacation rental operators. Instead of nudging a base price with the broad market, Quibble builds a like-kind comp set and solves for the rate the market will actually pay on every night — using forecasting, computer vision, and guest sentiment in one engine.
Quibble is a revenue management platform that brings airline-grade revenue science to short-term and vacation rentals. Most pricing tools move an operator-set base price up and down with the broad market. Quibble instead builds a comp set of genuinely like-kind units and solves directly for the revenue-maximizing rate on every night, layering in demand forecasting, computer vision on listing photos, guest-review sentiment, and local event signals. Operators see an average 1.3× revenue uplift versus manual pricing. Founded by a former airline revenue manager and an engineering lead, Quibble is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, prices more than 10,000 properties, and connects to nine property management systems.
Founders
Short bios and headshots, cleared for publication.

A former airline revenue manager who brought airline-grade revenue science to short-term rentals.
Neal Cyr is the co-founder and CEO of Quibble. He spent his early career as a lead revenue manager in the airline industry, where pricing is a mathematical discipline rather than a monthly spreadsheet exercise, and he founded Quibble on the conviction that a rental night deserves the same treatment: a rate that is optimized, not merely moved.
He is a frequent voice on pricing strategy for short-term rental operators, including a live Q&A on dynamic pricing hosted by ASTRHO and an appearance on the Valley Startup Podcast. He leads Quibble’s revenue-science direction from Scottsdale, Arizona.

Builds the optimization engine, AI Vision, and forecasting that price every listing, every night.
Gustavo Pecunia is the co-founder and CTO of Quibble, where he leads engineering and modeling. He owns the systems behind the product: the optimization engine that solves for each night’s rate, the demand forecasting it runs on, the computer-vision model that scores listing photos, and the sentiment analysis that turns guest reviews into pricing signal.
He also builds the platform layer operators actually work in — the property management system integrations, the portfolio tooling, and the data pipelines that keep a market’s comp set current. Quibble ships continuously, and he is why.

What Quibble actually does, module by module.
Solves for the revenue-maximizing rate on every night, rather than nudging a base price with rules.
Forecasts occupancy, pickup, and revenue while there is still time to act on them.
Scores listing photos the way a guest’s eye would, and benchmarks a gallery against the comp set.
Extracts the review themes that lift or suppress what guests will pay.
Reads the real strategy of a like-kind comp set instead of following a regional average.
Detects local demand spikes and captures them before comparable listings react.
Takes a revenue or occupancy target and paces pricing toward it across the season.
