The far-out price

In the property’s pricing drawer, set the far-out price on the Price tab and the day it starts applying on the Stay tab under Booking window (for example, 270 days out). It must start at least 2 days after close-in.

Beyond that horizon, nights hold at the far-out floor instead of the model’s early estimate.

As dates come inside the horizon, normal optimized pricing takes over night by night.
