Trial Performance

Trial Performance appears in the menu once a pricing trial window is configured for your portfolio. No trial, no page: the report has nothing to show.

The KPI row compares the trial units’ rent, bookings, nights, and ADR with the same period last year, next to the rest of your portfolio as the control group.

The charts track the trial as it runs: cumulative rent against last year, ADR on bookings made during the trial, and nights on the books for the trial window.

The property table breaks the same figures out per unit, and the sellable-calendar heatmap shows how much of the window each unit can still sell.
Every card is same-store: trial units against themselves a year earlier, so growth elsewhere in the portfolio never flatters the trial.
