How to connect CiiRUS

Connect Quibble to CiiRUS with the API credentials CiiRUS issues for your management company.

CiiRUS issues API access per management company. If you do not have API credentials yet, ask CiiRUS support to enable partner API access for Quibble.
Step 1

In CiiRUS

    Request API access

    Contact CiiRUS support and ask them to enable API access for Quibble on your management company account.

  2. 2

    Collect your credentials

    CiiRUS provides an API username, an API password and your management company user ID (MCUser ID). Keep all three handy.

Step 2

In Quibble

    Create your Quibble account

    Head to the Quibble sign-up page and register with your details.

    Verify your email

    Click the verification link we email you, then return to Quibble to finish connecting.

    Select CiiRUS and enter your credentials

    Choose CiiRUS from the list, enter the API username, API password and management company user ID, then click Connect CiiRUS.

  4. 6

    You’re all set

    The Done step confirms your account is connected. Quibble starts importing your data — we’ll email you when it’s ready.

What happens after you connect

As soon as you connect, Quibble starts importing your listings, reservation history, rates, and calendar availability. Your account stays locked while the import runs, so you won’t be able to log in just yet. The moment it finishes, we’ll email you — then you can log in and start optimizing.
