How to connect Track

Connect Quibble to Track with a Server API key from your Track account.

Track has two kinds of API keys. Quibble needs a Server key: channel keys are read-only and cannot receive prices.
Step 1

In Track

    Open API Keys

    In Track, go to Configuration → Company Setup → API Keys.

    Add a Server key

    Click “+ Server Key”, name it Quibble, and save. Copy the key and the secret; the secret is shown once.

    Note your Track domain

    Your Track domain is the address you sign in at, for example yourcompany.trackhs.com. Quibble asks for it alongside the key.

Step 2

In Quibble

    Create your Quibble account

    Head to the Quibble sign-up page and register with your details.

    Verify your email

    Click the verification link we email you, then return to Quibble to finish connecting.

    Select Track and paste your credentials

    Choose Track from the list, enter your Track domain, API key and API secret, then click Connect Track.

  4. 7

    You’re all set

    The Done step confirms your account is connected. Quibble starts importing your data — we’ll email you when it’s ready.

What happens after you connect

As soon as you connect, Quibble starts importing your listings, reservation history, rates, and calendar availability. Your account stays locked while the import runs, so you won’t be able to log in just yet. The moment it finishes, we’ll email you — then you can log in and start optimizing.
